The online process was super easy and I had access to a storage unit within wminutes. The only downfall is going and buying a lock. However, even that wasn't so bad. Local store had one.

Has 24 hour access and you provide your own lock so only you and whoever you give a key to has access to your unit. Payments can be online and they offer auto pay for those who can't remember when their bill is due. Units come in multiple sizes and price ranges so you can rent what you need.

Rodents can get in the units. That's the only complaint that I have. They need to be enclosed more.

I had a break -in at one of my units but at least they let me know my unit's lock was missing.
