I work with the USPS several times a week and I have been to many USPS offices around the country. The two women behind the counter in the Cynthiana branch are by far the most knowledgeable and friendly USPS employees I have worked with.

I got a notice that a package wasnt delivered because of "animal interference". Which I would understand except I have indoor dogs who cant get out without me opening the door. Unless it was a stray neighborhood cat or squirrel.
