“Since Shelbyville has nothing except Walmart to really shop, we don't mind the drive out of town to shop at a store that has many choices for what we want. It is always clean, and many registers are open so the wait to check out is always quick. The employees are helpful also, ask a question of one of them and if they don't know, they find someone who has your answer. I wish we had one I our town.”

“The Koger fuel center lets you use your Kroger plus card to get points off of the gasoline prices. They have drinks and snacks plus tobacco products available. The lot is kept clean and it is usually not crowded.The had does well in my car so far. I have learned all gasoline stations are not equal. This seems okay so far.”

“I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled by my regular pharmacy due to an outage with Change Healthcare. The pharmacist at my regular pharmacy was not at all helpful. I had the prescription transferred to this Walgreen’s and Edward went above and beyond to help me with the prescription. They don’t take my insurance, but I will definitely go there for other needs in the future.”
“I absolutely love this Walmart pharmacy they treat me like family and care about my health. They always answer any questions that I might have, will be walking in Walmart shopping and one of them will see me and call me by name and that means so much special shout out to Beth, Danielle, Ammy, Ebony,Kelsey, Vanessa and all the others that work there thank you all so much for working hard and just caring it means a lot to my family & I. “Easiest five stars ever. FOR WHAT IT IS. The food is dirt cheap. The quality isn't the best, but honestly it's really good for the price. Costco could charge a lot more if they wanted to. Today I got the cheese pizza slice, a hot dog, and a soda. Less than 4 bucks and I was full all afternoon. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing.The service is always quick. Even if there is a huge line, I have never had to wait long. The actual dining area is just ok. It has space to sit, eat, and chat with friends. Not much more.Hard to beat the extreme low price of the Costco food counter. And even though the price is low the food is still great. You need to try it!!!”

“This Walgreens pharmacy is great. They had a rough time during the peak of the pandemic when they were short staffed and they were asked to add Covid testing and Covid shots to everything they were already doing. However, things are back to their normal efficiency. I especially appreciate Debbie, the pharmacy technician. Time and time again, she has gone out of her way to take care of insurance issues for me. She is such a hard worker and caring person. Even when things were a little stressful during the pandemic, she remained calm and cheerful.”

“I have been a lifelong patient of another Indianapolis hospital system. But living so close to Franciscan Hospital, I have started dealing with them some in recent years. I have now had surgery, outpatient exams and testing, ER visits and a Hospital stay at Franciscan. I have never had a bad experience. All of the doctors and staff have been so lovely and caring. My only complaint is that the Hospital is a bit confusing and difficult to get around in.”

“So far, no serious complaints. The drive thru pharmacy is pretty slow. But go inside and even with a line they move pretty quick. My meds have always been on time. I call ahead to make sure. And their prices are amazing compared to cvs or walgreens. If some extra time in line saves me a couple hundred bucks, so be it.There are some customers who make the lines last forever, but that's not the pharmacys fault. So overall nice.”

“I can't comment on the pharmacy or CVS itself. However, the NP Mindy in the minute clinic is amazing. She's always super sweet and gives me plenty of great advice. She seems like she genuinely cares. I hadn't been there in a while and she remembered me from the last visit. I was have issues with a reoccurring ear infection and she even took the time to show me the inside of my ears with a little camera/monitor so I could see the issue for myself. Definitely would at least recommend the clinic here if you ever need this CVS for that purpose.”
