BRING BACK WISEWAY!! Strack \\u0026 van Til SUCKS!! Winfield crown point location has sold me spoiled food 3 times already since they took over couple years ago. Last week I had freezer burnt frozen pizzas and today I got string cheese for my kids and the cheese was like HARD RUBBER!!! They also are always out of stock on many items, perfect example: last week’s holiday they never had Pumpkin Pie! Absolute ZERO excuse for that! The most popular product pie and they didn’t have it. Management is a total failure at Stracks. So done with all Stracks. The staff also move like turtles! Stracks just SUCKS

Well, I like Stracks at this location and admittedly the prices on some of the groceries are a little high but this is a store in a small community nearby and it’s convenient… I understand that the store is going through a transition and remodeling and relocating products is going on, I’m not concerned about it because it’s going to be fine once completed…. They have very good meat, like steaks, chops, roasts and a nice deli counter…. The store is not that big but they carry the essentials and it’s the closest grocery store for me… The people working the deli counter are getting better because this was a problem with employees ignoring customers but service is improving… Overall I am satisfied with Stracks and glad they have the store and I’m sure it will continue to get better with the improvements…

This Stracks is one of the worst. I have lived in this community more than 20 years. I truly enjoyed having Amelia'a as my community grocery store. Was not super excited about WiseWay. However when I found out Stracks was taking over, i had visions of a Lowell Stracks and others that provide a better (looking) and product service. However, I get no fresh fish counter. Produce is just as sketchy as WiseWay was - no fresh basil and high priced/limited inventory everything else. Layout of the store makes no sense either and feeling 'lucky' if i found a product that the Stracks on Broadway stocks. Miss my Amelia's experience and look forward to an impending Aldi's that has been advertised. Otherwise it is down 109th I go.....

Worst stracks location around. Aisles arrangement makes no sense. I asked three different people who worked there where an item was, none of them knew, nor attempted to find it for me. Their sale items are always sold out. I was excited when Stracks took over Wiseway, however, it is just as expensive and non-customer friendly as it was before I typically drive the extra time to go anywhere else unless I’m desperate.

Stinks since it has changed ownership:names.Example; simply looking for ANYTHinG. Today: Looking for capers. One lady says, “it’s been moved check by the hott sauce”. Then “okay, check near the pickles” then asks the manager who “doesn’t know” . They claim they outsourced the store and now it’s a mess. No, your BOSS is a mess. Give everyone a new map of the store:Manager: please help your employees.Checked everywhere. Meanwhile, all the customers are walking around aimlessly like us; looking for things that the employees find “a mystery” - per the next dude we asked.

Prices are higher than the other Stracks I go to but the markdowns are better. I walked out with only Cherry Tomatoes for 99¢.

Sigh. Stopped in for a 12 pack of coke. That was all I wanted. Tag says "5.00 each or 3 for 13.00"So we grab one, although that's a good price, and it rings up at 7.99 for one. I say "hey, I'm willing to pay that, but that's not what the tag says. I'm familiar with Indiana law so I don't make a fuss, I just want him to know the tag is wrongCashier - "Do you want me to get a manager?"Me - "No. It's not worth all that, but the tag is wrong. Just thought I'd let you know to save you some potential grief.Cashier - "listen I'm a customer here too, and the price tags are bad. It's a real problem. "Bagger - says nothing, just nods his head.Sigh. For real? Does that mean that things are just a random price when you get up there? What a nightmare. Thank goodness I only wanted one thing...

I was hoping since Stracks bought this location they would improve the customer service counter . But I believe the same ladies still work here . Their people skills need serious improvement. It is called customer service for a reason . Part of this includes being kind put a smile on your face and DO NOT belittle customers who are asking for assistance . After all you can always work somewhere else .I see it every time I come to this location . We the customers do pay your salaries . A smile and thank you go a long ways .Cashiers are always good at the regular registers .

Our first visit to the Stracks in Winfield. The layout is rather odd but we appreciate the big gluten free/organic section which had a lot of dairy free, soy free options too. The people working there were also very nice.

I was used to Wiseway foods but since Stracks has taken over it's pretty much the same. Don't care for the Self Teller Stations. Notice they are not used very much. People like a live cashier and the interaction with them.

I can't say that this has improved over wise way. It is still over priced and the food (esp produce) is inferior to others. I purchased fresh basil one evening. Within 24 hours the rest was unusable. I'll stick to Walmart thank you. ?

Literally the worst strack and van til location to go to. It's the closest to my house so I find myself going a lot but I'm disappointed every single time. The employees are rude, they're always low in stock on most items, the baggers don't care about crushing your items. Yesterday all my bags just fell apart on me. It's ridiculous to me I have to drive 15 extra minutes to a different strack and van til location or Walmart. They need to hire all new employees who actually care.
