There was one visible worker who looked to be wearing pajamas. She told me that she had no way to assist me since I had ported my numbers out. I just wanted to pay the bill but she needed the account number. According to the salesperson, she had no way of contacting customer care from the landline or her phone. Obviously, she could have contacted customer service to obtain my account number but she just didn’t want to be bothered with it I guess. She told me to go to a corporate location bc she is so limited. So glad I’m with Att now

They said my grandmother had to buy a prepaid phone and that she couldn’t switch her number and wouldn’t refund the phone until we called 4 different people within Verizon even though the receipt said 30 day refund, totally took advantage of an old woman.

I was in there for one of there hvac problems. While I was there I wanted to do some things within my business Verizon account. Wow, there were very patient with me as I had a lot questions and concerns. There were phone charges that were supposed to be canceled, we were on the phone with customer service for over an hour. Young lady did not complain and excelled at helping me. When we were done with customer service I decided to get another phone. Which hopefully comes In soon. This Verizon store which is a out 20 minutes from my shop will now always get my business. Customer service is one of the most critical aspects of business and they did great. More than 5 stars!!!!!!

I called Russell cellular to inquire if they had home internet in my neighborhood yet. Yes we do says the Rep on the phone. When you come in we will verify with your exact address. So I say why not do that now so we don't waste each other's time. So the rep does. Yes. it's confirmed now you are able to get home internet. All excited I run to the store to pick up my device. The girl takes my ID , checks my address and quickly states that I am unable to get home internet at that address. Waste of time and gas. will never go back Bill A

Andrea was such a pleasure to do business with! I was very outdated on my old phone & she helped me upgrade to a waaay better phone! She walked me through the whole setup & made sure I was comfortable with my choices. I recommend the Winfield location 100%! & ask for Andrea! She was so patient & so understanding of all my needs in a more up to date phone. She went above & beyond! I Love my new phone! Thanks again for all the help Andrea! ❤️

Wasted 6 hours on 3 different days. I got 3 different excuses why I couldn't switch from T mobile, staff was rude and unprofessional to say the least.This young lady should not be running "her" store.
