I spoke with Anna today regarding a question about my phone. She was extremely helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the customer service I received today and will be coming in next week to get my upgrade.

The people at the store were fantastic however to cancel services I had to call customer service. It's sad that the people in the store can't take care of everything

Best service ever! Was very happy with my experience there when purchasing a new phone. Both girls were extremely helpful as well as patient.
