I've been here twice. I had an iPhone battery replaced and I had a 2014ish laptop screen/hinge repaired. I will definitely be back for my tech repair needs!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought an iPhone XR in with a broken screen to be replaced. (Very easy and cheap screen replacement) They told me it was not repairable because the pins for the digitizer were messed up on the logic board and instead offered 350$ for data retrieval. I got home and took it apart because I've replaced plenty of screens in the past successfully. (Was just feeling a bit impatient this time) Took it apart and not a single screw or protective plate were put back in the phone. I go back and get them(or at least most of them.. they still forgot one). Order a new screen from ifixit, and tested it to conclude that the digitizer does indeed work. So I start taking apart the front sensor assembly on the old screen(which isn't where the screen was hit and i also have not touched it at this point) to find that a screw and a bracket were missing. And when I get it taken apart, the front sensor assembly just falls out. The ribbon cable is completely ripped and I can guarantee I did not rip it. So now I will be left without Face ID and I have to order another part and wait even longer. Absolutely do not go here if you value your electronics.

Didn’t quote me price for service over the phone. Quoted me in person. When I was picking up my “fixed phone” there was a new price, than what was originally quoted. The tech guy said “oh he was a new guy that quoted me wrong on the price, the new guy didn’t know how to read the pricing sheet on the computer. He Wouldn’t honor original quote. The person that fixed my phone also cracked my phone screen. Now i have to buy a new screen protector and My phone still says “do not recognize new part added.” 0/5 stars.

Brought in a laptop that was crashing with boot disk unavailable error. I attempted to install OS on another drive and the laptop continued to crash, so I don't believe it was the drive which I told them on dropping off the laptop. The store decided they would retry what I had already done apparently not believing what I had told them. I would call weekly and there was always an excuse on why it hadn't been diagnosed, "it didn't get into the system right" "the tech that was working on it was fired" etc. Communication during the process was non existent. After over a month I reached out to asurion to see if they could escalate. A few days later I get an email that it is eligible for replacement. The options provided by asurion were not even close to the specs of the laptop, the laptop has a dedicated GPU which none of the replacement options had. So I decided I would just get it back, send it to HP for repair, and pay the additional cost because they actually know what they are doing.I pick up the laptop, and after leaving, I notice is missing all the screws for the case bottom, and also the secondary hard drive. Back to the store, they replace the screws, magically find the power supply which they said they didn't have, but the drive is missing and they will need to dig through their backroom to find it. So after 40 days a $100 deductible and a year worth of asurion home subscription payments I am worse off than when I started. Will be canceling asurion home and do not plan to ever come back here for anything. Make sure you document everything that you give these guys.

If I could score 0 then I would pick that! They kept my phone for 2 weeks without calling me, and when I reached out was told that I couldn't be helped. To top it all off, no one seemed apologetic or even cared about my inconvenience. Now I have to start all over again. Lesson learned! Never, ever trust this establishment.

Absolutely terrible. I'd give 0 stars if I could. My computer was returned to me in worse shape. I took it in to have the battery and keyboard replaced, along with having them look at a corrupt HD to see if they could retrieve any data. They were only able to replace the battery. Thy couldn't replace the keyboard, which is fine. But while inspecting the corrupt HD, the genius tech decided to completely erase/reformat the good HD in my system. I never asked them to touch the good HD. On top of that, when I went to pick it up, several screws were missing, the CD drive was missing, the power cable was missing and I couldn't plug anything into the USB ports.

Just a ridiculous location. Took Xbox in to have a new cd optic drive installed. Took a week. Got it back took it home, they replaced my HARD drive not the cd drive. Took it back. It’s been there another full week. Called end of last week.. they don’t know when the part is coming in. Stop in today they STILL don’t know when a part is coming in… in almost all transactions when you order a part you get a delivery date. I could order and get one from Amazon tomorrow!! They have had it a full week. No answers. Hoping I get my Xbox back this week. Will never go here again. Save yourself and go someplace else.

Very pleasantly surprised by the fact that my laptop was fixed in 2 days and free of charge! They definitely got me as a client for the future and I will recommend them to my friends! Keep doing what you do best and thank you again!

They told me my tablet would be ready in 5-7 days, it was ready in three. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and I would definitely go back for future repairs.

Tyler and Lauren took care of my phone issues. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Saw them interact with customers, and they showed they care and have a passion for the field. Would recommend them and their store to anyone.

Go elsewhere. If you have an Apple product, just make the drive to an Apple Store. Slow responsiveness, poor timeliness, and a questionable skill set is what you’ll find here.Dropped off my daughter’s iPad on July 8 for a charging port repair and battery checkup because it would no longer charge. After the initial diagnostic, was told it would be a few days to repair. Several days went by and still no word. On the 4th day, I called to check on the status. Evidently, their soldering iron was out of commission and had to be replaced which delayed repairs. Why a tech shop such as this only has one soldering iron, I have no idea. Anyway, I then went on vacation for 6 days. No update was received in this timeframe.Upon my return on Wednesday , July 19, I called to check on the status (was then at 11 days). Was told that they had just received their new soldering iron and that the repairs on the iPad would be starting soon. Literally, a week plus to receive a soldering iron. After 13 days, the charging port was, apparently, successfully replaced. The battery was successfully charging. In talking with the staff on the 13th day (last Friday, 7/21) they wanted to run some final diagnostics on the iPad to ensure the battery was good and it should be ready for pickup.I drove over to pickup the iPad on Monday, 7/24 (the 16th day) thinking that all was good. I was then informed that they were still troubleshooting as it appeared that there may have been some dead spots on the screen that weren’t responding to touch. During the quick, in-person demonstration from the staff, the issue was not able to be replicated but it was recommended to let the troubleshooting continue so I left the iPad in their possession. I was informed I would receive a call the next day. I did not receive one.I called back late morning on Wednesday 7/26 (18th day). Was then informed that there were issues with the wifi connectivity and that the iPad would not connect to any wifi networks. This was not a pre-existing issue. They recommended to perform a software upgrade and would be in contact with me in just a few hours with a status update. Again, no call back was received by me. It should also be noted that no further mention of the dead spots on the screen was made.I called back early evening that same day for a status check on the software upgrade. Was informed that the iPad would not perform the software upgrade. Recommended to take the device apart again to ensure that all internal contacts were secure. Sure, why not. Was told, again, that they would reach out to provide an update the next day. Again, no call back was received.Called them again on Friday 7/28 (20th day) for a status update. Was finally informed that there were likely motherboard issues and that I could either have the device sent out for further repair or just call it quits. Quits, it is. Of course, the recommendation was to give them a couple of days to put it back together. At this point, I lack confidence in their timeliness, responsiveness, ability to do anything beyond a basic repair, and overall level of customer service. It only took me almost 3 weeks to discover this. Terrible experience.
