Disappointed to say the least. When we took our dogs in for their "schedule appointment", Tammy said they were in the book but she would groom them. We showed her the appointment card with the appropriate time and date (10:00am). I was a little frustrated as our small dogs aren't kenneled at home and we set an appointment hoping this would limit the time in said kennel. The dogs were not ready until 3:30 in the afternoon!! 5.5 hours! No "I'm sorry for the mistake" on their end, but rather "maybe you should get the mobile service from someone else". it was clear Tammy overbooled and our dogs paid the price. Maybe it's me that don't understand but if I have an appointment at 10:00, shouldn't I expect them to be done in 1.5-2 hours? Her message says she is not accepting me clients an I can see why, she can't support the ones she has!

I have taken my dogs to Tammy since she opened 4-5 years ago. Always did a fabulous job on my 2 yorkies, always put little bows in. Our little girl, so cute, but the last few times she didn't. Today, i noticed my dog was not bathed, nails were not trimmed, and she missed a lot of spots, looks like a chop job. I have never been so disappointed. When we started with her it was 60.00 for both dogs, and her prices continued to go up slightly but today for a 7lb yorkie she charged 60.00. I couldn't believe it, when I got home I called 3 other places, and prices were not around 60.00 and people were shocked at what she charged me. Needless to say I willnot go back, since I never know what I will be charged and what kind of service I will get.

FIRST TIME VISITING. I FOUND THE CLEARNESS WAS DISGUSTING. When I got home I had to vacuum me. The dog hair in this place is overwhelming. The vents in the ceiling were covered with hair. Empty shampoo bottles laying around. DONT get me wrong. The owner is very nice and soes an awesome job. But could work on her house cleaning skills.

My 6 y/o Husky x German Shepherd is a 90 pound rescue dog with high anxiety and is extremely sensitive. For years, we had to take her to the vet to have her nails trimmed because she wouldn't let us near her paws. At the vet, they'd have to muzzle her and harness her and you could hear her yelping and howling all the way in the lobby.I had tried a couple of the pet store groomers for baths in the past and she always seemed to freak out and she would just stink again within just a couple of days.A little over a year ago, I started bringing Roxy to Tammy and I was absolutely amazed. She just sits there patiently as Tammy trims her nails without so much as a whimper, no harness or muzzle required. After her baths, she smells good and feels soft for well over a week. Sometimes I nuzzle her and I'm shocked and amazed that she still smells good lol.Tammy is absolutely wonderful and I love that my scaredy-cat little girl trusts her so much. Grooming can be very triggering for a dog like Roxy but she's always so happy to go there!Thank you Tammy!**side note to the reviewer before me... you did realize you brought your dog to a GROOMER and not a 5 star restaurant, right??? Not really sure what you expected....***

Tammy is absolutely amazing with my girls… My husky can definitely have a mind of her own and Tammy does an AMAZING job. My Dutchie is very nervous around other people and it takes a while for her to trust people, which made me feel a little hesitant but she made sure to reassure me that she can handle it, and Tammy does just that. I have nothing but positive things to say about Tammy and her business! Along with doing great with my fur babies, she is such an outgoing person and always so happy to see us! I am so grateful to find a groomer as great as she is! ☺️
