Great store, excellent staff! Always clean and organized. Danette in the deli provides friendly, fast service. Wes in the meat department goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Maura is always fast, efficient and very sweet. Maryann is the heart of the whole store! She's fun, friendly and always willing to help! Such a great place to shop!

Did not get the sale price listed on Ruffles, $2.99 must by 3.Paid $5.49 for 3 bags.Cashier said it would show on the receipt. It does. It shows $5.49 a piece!!I wouldn't have bought them.

I visited this location yesterday. I want to be clear here, I do not hate this store at all. However, it's much smaller than Crown Point Broadway or Winfield, and had a limited selection of items and seemed crowded. I do not intend on returning here unless I am in the area again simply because of the smaller size.

Stracks has joined the "WOKE CULTURE" as so many other corporations have. They allow employees to wear politcial pins to promote their views. As far as I am concerned, when someone is working, they are representing the company and the culture of that company. I am old school and the only thing I need to see is your name tag and possibly any promotional items. I don't need to know or see the employees political views or opinions. I tried to approach the manager about this and she said the corporation supports this behavior. I contacted the corporate office, but no response. After a few months, I returned to find the same behavior, so I went to customer service and gave them a basket full of groceries and said I don't want them. I have given SVT 3 times to change their policies, but they haven't, so they don't need my business. I will not support any corporation that displays this kind of behavior. Bye SVT, I'm done.

Don't buy beef or pork they package here. Even well before the sell by date it frequently smells off and/or tastes bad. Go to the Broadway store instead if you need meat.
