I am writing to thank Premier Windows for the quality Window Installation that Ron Lewis and his team provided. I am genuinely grateful for the cost-effective services, outstanding customer service, and dedication demonstrated by the entire Premier Team led by Ron. Each step of the process held the same high level of service from Amy and Cathy in the Office to Josh and Cooper on the installation of the Windows.
I had several Window Companies come by to present their product and pricing for their services. After each visit, I would then contact Better Business Breau and Google to review each company to see their BBB or Goggle Rating and any comments from previous customers.
I also reviewed Consumer Reports where Premier Windows was one of the companies listed that carried the Preservation Window Series with an overall replacement window score of (93). I was impressed from the introduction meeting to the finalization of the contract.
While reviewing several companies, in comparison Premier Windows stood above the rest. I learned a lot when shopping for Replacement Windows and involved time, patience, and the willingness to do the research. Each sales presentation equipped me to know the various features of a great window and what would be a great price for replacement windows.
With Premier Windows I walked away with a great product and outstanding installation by Josh and Cooper.

This company is the number one top dog I believe it's family owned this company has been in business for a long time they were here all day they did the install our home went from looking like a 1945 to a 2024 thank you from the bottom of my heart if I could give you a 20 star I would I highly recommend you can't go wrong July 25 2024 Dawn Meyers and Chris Dimitsas thank you all for the fantastic job you did ❤️?????

Amy called and canceled our appointment and was unable to accommodate our needs after promising us a weekend appointment and abruptly hung up the phone. They need some better & more organized staff.

Premier Windows made it easy for me to make them my choice for installing my window. Starting with the owner, Ron who was very professional but down to earth. I really appreciated his honesty. The office staff were also wonderful and most of all my installer, Chris. I couldn't have asked for a better person. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable and skillful.. also his assistant Anthony was wonderful...thank you all for making my experience such a pleasant one.

Awesome experience with Premier window system. I had a patio door installed excellent work from the craftsmanship to the quality of the door. From start to finish Ron the owner was straight to the point, did not over charge me, and made me feel at ease. The installers also made the process easy going. They even put up my curtains for me. I would highly recommend this company. This is a company you can trust.

We had a existing screened in patio that we wanted to make into a 3 Season Room. That’s when we shopped around and we’re very impressed with Premier Window Systems. Today our 3 Season Room was completed. Thank you to Chris and Daniel there attention to detail is outstanding!!! We are Very happy with the job they did . We would highly recommend this company . They also were very professional and friendly . Also thank you to you Ron for working with us on the completion date . Thank you again .

The professional window installers on the first team Chris and Frank were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The installation of the windows was done to perfection. They were patient and answered any questions I had. Chris was also very entertaining and may want to have a comedy side hustle, lol?. I would recommend them to anyone. The second team which consisted of Chris G and Daniel were very personable, friendly and accommodating also. Chris, a professional carpenter was amazing! They both went above and beyond to make sure that my complicated kitchen window was done right and that I was completely satisfied. Believe me I was was more than satisfied. I definitely will recommend them to everyone I know. My entire team was amazing. I thank GOD forblessing me with this amazing team of guys. I also want to thank Ron, the owner for all of his assistance during the process. If you are looking for professional, quality work, please call Premier Windows and you won't be disappointed.

This company is EXCELLENT!! They were fast, gentle, caring of my boundaries yet professional. They were oh' so personable and even with my meddling and talking they didn't miss a beep. The entire process was around five hours, my windows were completely installed in the first visit and after the twenty-four hour setting of glue and whatnot they were back earlier than expected and done. The second visit I didn't even notice until i stuck my head outside. They split the process into a two day period and EVERYONE is BLOWN away by thier work. I felt so comfortable with them, I'd even invited them back for a barbecue and block party. Chris and his crew were like the family you wish you had but gone so fast you remembered they were just here to do a job. AAAAA+ work!!!

The window job performed was half done. I was told when premier came out by " Tony" or Anthony that my windows casing on the inside was suppose to be included. The windows that were put in was half done, and the inside trimming needed to be replaced. When this company came out it was made to sound like everything was suppose to be taken care of. NOT THE CASE. I THEN SPOKE TO ANTHONY ABOUT IT AND HE WAS VERY CONDESENDING. Just because we were funded through a city grant does not mean you are allowed to treat people halfways. NEVER RECOMENDING YOU, AND I CAN ONLY HOPE YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FOR OTHER GRANTEES SAKE.

We purchased two doors for both patios from this company. Very disappointed in the servicing been dealing with an issue since November still no resolution even after 3 visits. Very poor customer service with little to no action. Buyers beware you will be stuck in the middle if dealing with them.

I asked for a quote on six double hung bedroom windows, one bathroom and one kitchen casement window. The pricing was almost $3,000 less than a previous quote I received a month earlier. Tom, the salesman outlined and rough measured all eight windows and gave me a quote afterward. I was given a three month expected delivery and install. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and were installed a month early. The installation done by Chris and Daniel was nothing short of spectacular. There was not a piece of paper that was left behind nor piled up in our garbage cans. All of it was removed from the premises. I’m so happy with the windows that replaced windows dated 30-45 years ago. The cut in heat from the sun was instantly felt. The casement window in the kitchen is easy for this short woman to open and close.I am absolutely delighted to have found Premier Window Systems, Inc. and their fine staff of colleagues.

I had doors, windows, and siding, gutters, soffit, and trim, replaced on my house. They did a great job and the workers were very polite and helpful. I’m very happy with the outcome.

I love the work they did. Got the product in quick and installed it in 2 days. Great people working here. The owner is a very stand up guy and doesn't BS you like a lot of other companies. I highly recommend this company.
