They literally have the best customer service and it truly blows my mind how great the service is. I’m not talked into unnecessary stuff, they are extremely polite and happy. I won’t go anywhere else because I know I will have a good experience.

I wasn’t very happy with my experience at the crown point location on Main Street. I was quoted a cost of 50$ for synthetic blend oil and given a 25 dollar off coupon. I got to the location and was told they only had the most expensive synthetic available which was well over 100$ so I said I’d go to a different location. The guy then yells out to what I assumed was the manager that I’m going to a different location and the manager says “have him pull in, we can take care of him”. The whole thing felt shady, the guy under the car was stripping the drain plug( I could here the drill sliding very loudly) I told the employee that I can hear the sound of the drill not grabbing and he told me the guy underneath was having a hard time with the felt cover that covers the undercarriage of the car. Looking to the side of me I see the manager dipping the oil stick in the car he’s servicing multiple times until there is enough oil on it to show the customer as it didn’t have enough oil on it the first 3-4 times he dipped it. Finally my oil changed was done and I got the bill, 67 dollars after they took off the 25$ coupon. As I’m looking at the receipt in disbelief I’m reading the services provided. It said the windshield was cleaned, air filter was checked and clean and all fluids were checked and considered good to go. In reality the windshield never got touched. I was told the coolant was no good and needed servicing and the air filter was shot but I declined it as I didn’t want these clowns touching anything else on my car. I was half expecting the wheels to fall off when I drove away. When I was driving away I could hear a faint sound like something dragging so I pulled over to check it and see that the front of the felt carriage cover under the car is not connected and dragging on the ground. I haven’t brought it back because I don’t want them to do more damage trying to fix it, I’m just going to handle it myself. Over all fully dissatisfying experience and cost me way more than I was quoted and the cost of a new carriage cover. The place was super ghetto. I actually locked the doors when I pulled in. Two thumbs down. I gave it one star because I couldn’t do the review with no stars

Great service and knowledgeable staff, however techs need to be mindful of replacing everything that is removed or checked on vehicle. This is the 2nd time that after tire pressure is checked, my valve stem caps were found missing. Tech had left them on the ground. Simple mistake but needs to be corrected. Otherwise overall good job on full service oil change.
