Not so bad getting use to their ways

My appointment was the first at 8am. At 8:15 I was checked in. At 8:35 I was put in a room. At 9:00 the NP came in. At 9:15 were finished (this was all only for a med refill). At 9:30 I walked out of the room and asked if I could go because I had been told to wait in the room for the “paperwork.” Four women sitting at the station chatting. One pushes the button on the printer, my paperwork. I left without it. Ridiculous. An hour and a half for me to get a med refill script. The only positive was the NP Gretchen. She is a wonderful human. The man that came in right behind me was still waiting in his room.

Very pleasant experience at Northshore, Crown Point location. Staff was courteous, offices were clean, the M.A.s were friendly and very thorough and the physician (Gretchen - FNP) was very outgoing and informative. Will definitely be returning.

Experience was absolutely wonderful from parking to end of exam. The staff was friendly & patient with those of us who are little slower. I especially appreciate the cleanliness & that the seating was spacious. Dr Brincko is very friendly & answered any question that I had.
