I cannot say enough great things about Nasons. They were extremely professional and accommodating. My fridge was special order, so they gave us a loaner fridge in the few weeks it took to come in. They truly went above and beyond. Pricing was a plus too. Thank you Nasons ?

Teri sold us our KitchenAid fridge. Her customer service was outstanding, not pushy at all! So friendly and patient. The guys who delivered our fridge were awesome also- rich and mark. Rich fixed our dishwasher and microwave for us. He noticed right away they weren’t leveled from a different installer. We had one drawer that had a slight crack in it, but it was not the delivers fault. They said one was ordered at no cost and on the way. Fingers crossed it comes soon, otherwise we are very satisfied with Nason’s.

“I hate to say I told you so.” If you buy any appliance from this place, don’t complain when it turns out to be a POS because I told you so. There’s a reason for that “discount.”

We purchased a dishwasher from here and it works great but they delivered the wrong color. We called and they offered to ship us a new faceplate to make it right. We're reasonable and agreed. The staff said once it came to call them and someone would be out to install it. Now we've called and left a message for Christina 3 times and she will not return our calls. Totally unprofessional

I'll say this, if you buy your appliances anywhere else your are, well dumb.

My husband and I went to Nasons on a Thursday evening looking for a stove. We appreciated Terry's assistance and non-overbearing approach. We purchased the stove that evening and received it on schedule a week later in mint condition! Thanks, Nasons!

Not happy with Nason's Appliance. They sent us wrong dishwasher while we were on vacation. My husband opened box & realized it was the wrong one. Nine days had passed due to being on vacation.
My husband called store to let them know the problem. We don't understand why no one knew about problem until we called. The manager Ryan never even called us. As a mgr. he should've called to apologize about their error. Poor customer service.

I bought a Speed Queen washer from Nasons. Felt good shopping local and buying local. Friendly staff, no hassle. Next appliance purchase will be from them.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM NASONS. I waited two years to give this business a chance and even write a review. And I am done. I built a home and used Nason's Appliance for appliances.
In 2022 I called and called to try and talk to our contact there (Kristine or Kristina). She never called me back. In June 2022, I finally had to drive up there. And contact my builders who put us in a text together. This was initially to replace a panel they scratched up. It first came in the wrong color. Then the next time bent. Finally a working panel came in 2024 (2 years later). But their tech came and legit broke pieces of the appliance and broke the screws in the machine. He just placed the tops of the screws in the holes and some tops just came right off. Now the panel of the appliance is loose because the screws can’t hold it in place firmly. The problem is worse than before- scratched it up again, panel loose, screws broke in the machine. The tech then lied about how long he was here and Nasons implied I scratched and damaged up my own appliance. Which we did not. I paid way too much money on something to get less than a perfect product and quality service. And let alone damage it myself.
I should have just done Home Depot or something. At least there I would know what I was paying for.

Ryan was very welcoming and knowledgeable! He helped me quickly get to the functionality I was looking for in my price point. I appreciated his responsiveness via email after the fact, as well as his help quickly replacing a unit that was damaged during shipping. Would highly recommend!
