“I recently acquired a new cpap machine from Lincare in Crown Point. This was to replace my 9yo machine. The new one was much louder than my previous ResMed AirSense 10 . I called Lincare to see about returning/replacing which they told me I could. I called my insurance to let them now my concerns which they told me to have my doctor send a new order with the cpap I wanted. I contacted my doctor to send the new order and they told me to let them know when Lincare has the cpap so they can send a new order. I arrived at Lincare Crown Point. Lowell took me in the office made sure I was using the cpap correctly then he had the new ResMed AirSense 11 all ready set up for me. He exchanged it without my doctor sending the new order. I am so impressed with the customer service at Lincare and the reason for this very positive review. If you are looking for a DME provider in NW Indiana area, look no further. They will take care of your needs.”

“I had a great experience with the 5 employees that I dealt with. I was very skeptical about having to pick up my order here, after reading the reviews. But staff actually went above and beyond to help me. I was originally going to pick up something for my son. Since I was there on regular crutches and I was having trouble with them, I asked a few questions regarding other crutches. They were very helpful answering my aquestions regarding the insurance also. Then they offered to have someone fit me for the crutches that I got somewhere else, to see if that helped me. I'd definitely go back again.”

“Hooks is one of the nicest places I’ve ever dealt with.However Rotech is a parent supplier to them . That’s where the problem lies.Every interaction (All)I’ve had that was negative from Rotech Hooks fixed locally.I have an ongoing complaint with Rotech and I’m waiting on them to try to bill me again for no reason.I assure everyone that it will be their last.”
