They don't pay their bills. Screwed us over for thousands of dollars. Told our accounting team I am not going to pay and to dispute the invoices yourself. Very unprofessional.

Anyone considering shipping a vehicle with MAK shipping or Mitre Kutanovski, I just want to tell you my experience and maybe you will reconsider and find another company.I shipped my motorcycle this year, Mitre told me the price for motorcycles had gone up because he was going to crate (build a wood box around it for shipping) it. I didn’t question him at all I paid his price. He told me that insurance is included in the price.When I get there to pick up my bike you can see what I found in the pictures.He offer to pay for everything over the phone but when I came to give me payment he gives me $600 and says that’s all I’m paying take it or leave it.Find someone else to do business with his guy is not a business man.

Do not do business! One thing is promised, a completely opposite done. Inaccurate and untimely business. The owner Mitre is a scammer and extremely rude and threatening - promises one price and after that blackmails you with the order to force you to pay a higher price, if not, say bye to your packages. It will take forever, months, to receive the order and they won’t even deliver it to your address. On a top of that, he will ask you to pay a premium that has nowhere been agreed to. Just save yourself headaches and find someone more professional and civilized.

One star is too much for this company..Mitre is liar and scammer.when I give him staff and money he promised he will do it all no problem, but when staff arrive in Macedonia he is not answering his phone and whatever we agree its not happening.Be careful have something in writing but stay away from him unless you want to be scammed.-10 star for MAK SHIPPING AND OWNER MITRE....
