My friend and me went to have the Covid vaccine and Fluzone vaccination at Jewel-Osco , Crown Point . We had excellent help and care from Ms.Elizabeth Davidson and Mr. Timothy Bakas. Thank you so much! The shots didn’t hurt at all .

The new younger male pharmacist is extremely rude. No customer service. Refused to release my medications because I wanted to check out 3 items at the counter. I have been coming here for years and his poor attitude has inspired me to transfer all my prescriptions elsewhere. I won’t return.

The only positive thing is the restroom was clean. Other than that rude employees especially when checking out some young man with long hair rude . I asked him if that's everything trying to start a little conversation but didn't care for his attitude.
