This dealership is extremely customer service oriented. The luxury car experience is felt every time I step in for regular maintenance on my car. I love how informative and efficient the team is. I have never once been left stranded without a vehicle while mine has been serviced, big plus! Great job JLR!

My car was being serviced for more than 18 mths and was delivered back to me with the same issue. In which I believe gotten worse. I spoke with management and corporate several times and they didn't feel the need to resolve anything. Still waiting on calls from Management

The crew at this dealership is unmatched! Honestly, from the moment I walked in, then purchasing & ultimately bringing my vehicle in for service -it has been a pleasure. They go above & beyond to make me happy. This group is just outstanding. The amount of care & concern they put in to everything they do is just unbelievable. I am so very happy with my purchase & the service provided that I went back for vehicle number 2! I truly feel as if you can't afford not to buy from this group because there isn't an issue they won't help with or make right. Two of the best purchases I have ever made!

I was looking for a newer car and found this dealership on the internet. They had the INFINITY that I had been looking for, which had low miles and full service records. They had it priced good, and I inquired about it. Over the course of a week, Charles communicated with me and helped put together a deal. He was thorough and helpful. We made the 3-hour drive to the dealership on a Saturday and completed the sale. Charles and the rest of the staff at South Shore were super friendly and welcoming! This has been one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Whether you're in the Region or elsewhere, if you're in the market for a vehicle, check these guys out!

Our family purchased a third car from the dealership. 3 cars in a yearThe third car just over 30 days in our possession, the engine light came on (I did not sign off on the as is paperwork stating "as is"because of my concern), called the dealer and the salesman took it to the GM who said it was my problem. I trusted my original salesman (who by the way left the company , I should have walked out the door when I was told he was gone). To say I feel scammed is an understatement. Be very cautious with this dealership

At 9:30 am I called to ask about a car on the lot. I asked them to hold it since I had a long drive. I told them I'd probably be there around noon. It was a 2 hour drive. They never called. The car was gone by 1pm. they said they moved it to the front and another customer saw it. I doubt they ever had it and tried bait and switch. I would not trust them and certainly will not do business with them.

Bought a used BMW X5 from them. Sales guy was great. They stated the vehicle went through a 150 point inspection and was in great condition. Noted they would put new brakes and tires on vehicle. They did however they placed new brakes on bad rotors which I had to replace both pads and rotors on 2 weeks after purchase. They placed cheap Nexen tires on it which were horrible and caused vibrations and other issues and needed to be replaced. To top things off I also had to replace the Valve cover gasket, oil housing gasket and front right thrust bar. This is all within 3 months of purchase. But.....it went through an inspection and it's in perfect condition. No oil leaks. Manager there was a completely unsympathetic and actually told me that I shouldn't of bought a used BMW. Yet at purchase it was a great vehicle and the dealer also owns BMW down the street. It has all been inspected by BMW certified mechanics and is good. Now they did refund me $750 however to repair the brake job there was $2400. Valve cover gasket $1700. Tires elsewhere $1500. Oil housing gasket $1000, Right thrust $1600 elsewhere. When I complained I was told by the young British manager that he did not want to see me in his dealership again or do business with me. Do not do business with these people. They are nice prior to purchase. Post purchase they are snakes. Keep your money and go elsewhere. If you do buy from them expect to open up your bank account and be ridiculed.

These guys are the best. We have leased and bought a vehicle thru them. The sales team has been honest, efficient, respectful, and professional. The service department has been incredible and has been a welcome change from tom wood Land Rover in indianapolis. The service we have received from south shore has been exemplary and what we would expect from the storied land rover brand. Jessica and Brendan have been wonderful to work with. South shore has really taken care of us and we will continue to use them in the future for all of our Land Rover and jaguar needs.

On February 12, 2021, I completed an online deal to buy a certified 2018 Range Rover Velar First Edition with Luis Cuebas and gave my credit card for a deposit. The car was listed on Cars.com. I was going to fly into Chicago and drive it home after the snow storm had passed as I live about 800 miles away. On Tuesday, I get an email from Luis saying the dealership owner's wife had borrowed the car to go visit family and wouldn't be back for two weeks so I'd have to wait til then to pick up the car. I had already planned to fly up on February 21st to come get the car. Naturally I complained about this and Luis' manager, Jim Ottilie, called and told me the reason the car wouldn't be ready is the owner's wife had wrecked it on January 14th and it coverage for the repairs was being held up by insurance. He said the car was undrivable and would be out of the body shop in 2-3 weeks. When I viewed the car online it said No Damage History even though the car had been wrecked a month earlier and hadn't been fixed. Jim Ottilie explained they had 54 dealerships and sometimes there are breakdowns in communications. He pretty much told me I could buy it if I wanted and if not there would always be somebody else to come along and buy it. It's common knowledge that a wrecked car repaired isn't as valuable as a car that's never been wrecked, yet they never offered any price reduction or anything. Pretty much take it or leave it. I've never dealt with a luxury car dealer so unprofessional in all my life. Just be aware if you make a deal there because they're someone I wouldn't trust at all. The car is back online with the No Damage History claim removed and listed for the exact same price as it was when I saw it online. Someone will pay extra for this car and not realize it should be a few thousand cheaper.

Recently leased a new evoque and the process was efficient. Got a great deal on the vehicle and Luis, Jack and everyone was very helpful. I love that they do some additional cosmetic items to their cars such as rims, badges etc which cuts down on me having to do that outside of the dealership. Anytime I have had a question it was replied to fairly quickly and any tech questions were thoroughly explained to me. Overall they met my needs and I walked away with a great car! Can't wait to upgrade to a large one for my next lease!
