This dealership is extremely customer service oriented. The luxury car experience is felt every time I step in for regular maintenance on my car. I love how informative and efficient the team is. My car was being serviced for more than 18 mths and was delivered back to me with the same issue. In which I believe gotten worse. I spoke with management and corporate several times and they didn't feel the need to resolve anything. Still waiting on calls from Management
