I am writing to thank Premier Windows for the quality Window Installation that Ron Lewis and his team provided. I am genuinely grateful for the cost-effective services, outstanding customer service, and dedication demonstrated by the entire Premier Team led by Ron. Each step of the process held the same high level of service from Amy and Cathy in the Office to Josh and Cooper on the installation of the Windows.

I had several Window Companies come by to present their product and pricing for their services. After each visit, I would then contact Better Business Breau and Google to review each company to see their BBB or Goggle Rating and any comments from previous customers.
I also reviewed Consumer Reports where Premier Windows was one of the companies listed that carried the Preservation Window Series with an overall replacement window score of (93). I was impressed from the introduction meeting to the finalization of the contract.
While reviewing several companies, in comparison Premier Windows stood above the rest. I learned a lot when shopping for Replacement Windows and involved time, patience, and the willingness to do the research. Each sales presentation equipped me to know the various features of a great window and what would be a great price for replacement windows.
With Premier Windows I walked away with a great product and outstanding installation by Josh and Cooper.

“My Hobart ace is the best, they have helped us numerous times replacing old pipes and stuff for our older home, most recently the gentleman rebuilt our old water pipe in the basement connecting the water meter, he used what he could of the old pieces and made it new again, the project was a success and no plumber was involved. Love these guys!”

“Outstanding experience in the Lumberyard! My husband and I had a very large order to fulfill, (approximately $1900 worth for a deck remodel). Two associates helped us find acceptable boards, and load our trailer with absolutely no hesitation! They hung with us for over two hours making the task so much easier! “Big fan of shopping local. Walked in here after 0 F/U from local competitor trying to order laundry room cabinets. I got better service equal price point. Plus helped us locate a source for something they don't carry. Their hrs are daytime biz so keep that in mind.”

“I have only had one bad experience at this store. I'm going to chalk that up to a bad day. It is always clean and well stocked. When you need help it is usually easy to find someone. Love the self checkout. The topper though is the hotdog smell wafting through the store. She always delivers with a smile and a great dog. Pay more and get their dog over the Costco dog.”

“It was my first time going into the St. John TSC and I was already impressed with the layout compared to others that I’ve experienced. I was especially impressed with their wide selection of electric golf carts. But to my surprise there were two teenagers sitting on the golf cart in front. We talked for a bit, and it turns out that they were very knowledgeable on them. They ended up selling me on one of them because they seemed like they knew their stuff. So this five-star review isn’t just for the St. John TSC, but also to the young minds who sold me what is now my favorite thing to drive around.”

“Nakita was awesome helped me out tremendously more than what she needed to and more above her pay grind, I wanted to take a moment to recognize her and I hope the store does to and realize what a gem they have and should raise her pay to keep her there because no one cares about customer service anymore especially the way that she did. You literally can find the products that I bought from anywhere now of days but that customer service she gave is what keeps me coming back to Menards, and I really hope the store and the company Menards recognize her because they do not make them like her anymore. She would make a great store leader and make upgrades to any store with her knowledge. I needed help with virtual pay where almost every store accepts Menards for some reason isn't connected to a lot or doesn't accept it, Nakita (and I'm sorry if I am mis spelling your name, it was a quick look at your name tag) showed me a way so I can shop at my beloveded store again (and it wasn't easy but she made it easy thats why the Menards needs to upgrade her so she can improve the service and show the company how to make more money because virtual pay is taking over and is almost accepted every where at a super quick of a button most people don't even carry cash or card on them anymore it's all in their phone. Menards better get into the times and Nakita can help with that. Just saying”

“I like shopping here. Employees are helpful when I can find them. I got a beef with the outside garden area. Everything out there under the roof is just covered in dirt. Grass seed, fertilizer, and spreaders all covered in dirt.”
