“I bought this beautiful chandelier from Decker Lighting and I LOVE it. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were excellent. I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. When it came time to install the chandelier we had a slight issue with a part. Justin and Alec brought the part to our home after hours and even installed it because we rented scaffolding and it needed to be returned or we would be charged a second day as well as pay the installer to come back again. They said they wanted to “make it right”. Wow, you hardly ever hear that anymore. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but I assure you that you will find it at Decker Lighting. Thank you Justin and Alec for going above and beyond.”
