The hinges work great but the instructions given in the packaging left us clueless. This company desperately needs to pay a graphic designer to make a simple pamphlet to show how to install things properly. If we didn't have YouTube and my dad, we would probably have needed to return the hinges assuming they were not functional. (Double swing hinges)

Had several orders while remodeling home. Always polite, helpful and quick shipping. On one order, I used a incorrect number. They caught the difference from prior orders and called me to confirm if I made an error. They quickly corrected my mistake and got them shipped.The hinges are first class, ball bearing and very well made.

Horrible experience. Hinges took over a month to arrive and all of the screws stripped out immediately. For one set, I paid $155 and the order was delayed and the screws were horrible quality. Instead of offering to send me new screws or a discount, they just wanted to blame me. The hinges were not on back order nor was I ever notified they were on back order.

Having read through some of the bad reviews left by a few clients on Trustpilot and then reading how well the company responded, it is obvious that the way the company handled the error in my order is how they handle every problem. I ordered 1 bulk pack of 50 hinges but the shipping department only shipped 1 pair. I reached out to customer service and they were exceptional. Resolved the issue and refunded me my out of pocket costs for the first order to come across the border to ******.People need to remember that perfection does not exist in this world. Learn to cut people some slack allow them to correct an issue before slamming them with a bad review. If you live your life expecting that no one should make a mistake, then I hope your boss treats you the same way!

Bought a Hinge that was out of stock and it wasn't noted online. I het it 4 weeks later and it's a poorly formed Hinge that doesn't move at all. I paid $40 for scrap metal and to return it they subtract 5 and change???? Why do I lose out as a customer when I was sold junk. Not buying from them again

They’re selling cheap hinges at premium prices. There is a reason there is no brand information on the website. You can get the same national hardware hinges at a box store for half the cost. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Well I ordered this: Item :SUG-LDD-S-R/WT Door Damper - Self-Closing - Surface Mount - THE PHOTO IS A LEFT MODEL. Hopefully this helps someone. I had a bit of confusion & had difficulty trying to get an answer to my question of which (right or left) would fit the door. Eventually Tony got back and now my tenants can be happy.Hooray!!!

Hinge Outlet has been amazing! Not only are their prices very fair, the customer service is some of the best that I've dealt with. A recent order got messed up(my fault) and they answered my emails and helped me correct the issue right away! I will only be getting hinges from them from now on! A++++ COMPANY. TOP NOTCH!!

Got expert help from Jill Got expert help from Jill, and Rebecca for the piano hinges I needed. Email order confirmation, and shipping tracking info was sent within minutes of my order. Hinge Outlet was the only place I was able to get the hinges I needed. I'm happy!

Had a very old hinge that none of the big box stores carried, let along matched the old screw pattern required. Contacted Hinge Outlet, sent an outline of the old hinge with dimensions and screw pattern required. They responded and made a suggested. I purchased the suggested hinge in the new oiled bronze color to match our new decor in our home. The hinge worked perfected and the screw pattern aligned just as needed. Great company would give it 5 stars.
