Technician Aaron was awesome. Came out fast after I called to schedule estimate, measured quickly, less than 5 mins; and when he came back out to place single pane window, he was done in 20 mins or less. Office staff seemed confused about me placing estimate request online, and also I had to call to schedule my own appointment after giving my deposit for the work the day before. When I called glass was there and ready to be placed but no one called me? Same issue with the estimate, woman I spoke to said that I was scheduled for that day but nobody called to tell me. Was two different people, but would think this would have been in the system or a call would’ve been made. Minor inconveniences, but the fact that the work was done well and fast I’m ok with it! Online estimate requested Sunday. Window placed Wednesday.

We recently needed a quick glass repair on a double pane window, Glass Doctor came out the same day to measure. They offered a competitive price and quoted a 1-week lead time, however, they had the glass ready the next day and installed it the following day. The new pane matches the existing panes perfectly. We will definitely use Glass Doctor of Crown Point for our glass needs in the future.

I had my windshield replaced yesterday morning and I could not be happier. Jane and Shawn are so friendly and helpful. I love there dogs there too. My windshield looks great! Hopefully I don't have another rock flying towards me on 65 again but if it does and if it cracks my windshield again then I know who to go to.
