Lenita was super nice when I called to see if they had something in stock. Called Merrillville store first she Said she didn't know I said can you check and she said NO. Great customer service there lol RUDE!!! I'LL stick with Crown Point Store

Employees smoking weed in the back , managers in the morning following black people around in the store .. a manager had her 6-7 year old daughter on register working . This is like the 3 crew of people working at this store since I worked here and they get terrible every time . Last crew were assuming customers were stealing lol but the whole crew got fired for stealing over $1k in gift cards etc . SMH

I came in one day. Guy has his cell phone propped on the register on a live conversation with someone in which he was chatting as if he was on the couch not servicing a customer. Then one day the guy had a whole slice of pizza biting into it with a customer in front of him. This is just rediculous

The cashier was rude and had “0” knowledge on how to use the cash register. Horrible customer service at the Pine Island location. I will never go back.

Watch screen for correct pricing. On more than one occasion I a higher price has come up. Recently I was there and bought something that the shelf had a different price than what was scanned. When I asked the young lady why it was a higher price she didn't even look up she just said I don't know why. There's NEVER a second register open no matter how long the line is. The store seems to have a very high turn over because I am always seeing new people. I wish I didn't have to go there but I have no choice when I need only a few things.

I’ve been shopping there for 2 years spending hundreds per month. After 2 years of being a customer I asked them to refund one item for $3 and she refused. I will never step foot in that place again! I also will not be going to any other family dollar to purchase items in the future. Let’s see if $3 was worth more to them then my $200 plus per month!!

They were stocked with most of the items we usually get at dollar general but are unable to because most of there items aren't stocked.

I love Family Dollar, this is the one I go to most often. They usually have everything I am looking for. The people that work there always seem friendly.
