I apologized for not picking up my medication due to my work schedule; I was mocked by an employee who thought I left the building; little did she know I was by the pet products. I will pay the extra money to go to their competitor. Shameful behavior for a 60-year-old woman.

Was told on Friday my prescription would be ready Monday after 3pm, Was not. Was then told it would be ready Tuesday and I was guaranteed that I would receive a phone call when it was ready, did not. Went in Wednesday after calling multiple times and the prescription was ready. When I expressed my disappointment one of the ladies at the counter basically called me a liar about calling because I didn't leave a message. No one seemed that concerned.

I will be switching to another pharmacy. Cindy and the other younger women are super nice, but the older chubby woman has a bad attitude. Extremely unprofessional and rude while the owner allows this nonsense!

What a f-ing joke. Custom Dosing hours are less than a bank. It's very difficult to actually get your medicine if you work. Closed for lunch! Closed at 5pm! Closed on Saturday! Closed on Sunday! Closed on Monday!! including today when they are closed for the next two days for Christmas Eve and Christmas. I'm a Valpo customer who will switch as soon as I pick up my prescriptions that were called in on Wednesday. They do not lift a finger to be customer oriented in the least bit. Scrooge owns this place.
