“Had to/got to rent a car through our insurance after a deer decided to get up close and personal with our personal vehicle. The loaner was nice and Enterprise and our insurance made it very simple to pick up our loaner. Staff was awesome. They were quick, friendly, and ready to answer any questions we had. Upon returning the car, different staff members were all very polite, quick, and helpful.”
“I had such a great experience for this being my first time ever dealing with an insurance claim and getting a rental car. Colton, Kara and AZ was absolutely amazing to deal with. Kara sent AZ to personally pick me up since I did not have a ride to get my rental car. They accommodated me with all of my needs. They were all three so nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend this branch to anyone in need of a rental. Very nice and clean office. It's always easy when you have nice people to deal with. “Customer service was amazing, they were very polite and apologetic about the small wait which really wasn't that long imo. Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because of the uncomfortable car. Now in all fairness it was a last minute reservation from my insurance company. And Also I was told that I could come back for something different. But we only had it a few days so I didn't bother. The car was a Hyundai venue FYI. Other than that I have no complaints. I stopped renting from enterprise years ago due to the hoops you use to have to jump through apposed to some other places. But I'd love to try this location out in the future .”

“Justin was just amazing from the time I walked in to leaving. He made sure that he went all over the key information that comes along with renting a vehicle. Answered any questions that I may have had .He made sure that the vehicle was adjusted to my liking. This would be my number one to go to renting a vehicle. I have a location that is near me, but I’d rather go out of my way just to go to this Schererville location. His coworker Luke and Nathan was very pleasant as well.”
“They provide expceptional service everytime i have been there. The manager Jayme is very good. Been here for the past few years. never had a issue with them. The cars are good. Now they know me by name and typeof car i like to reserve. that is the level of care they take for a customer. Will rent with them again.”
“It's a small office that gets a lot of business, and they didn't have a gas car in the class we reserved. However, the upgrade to get a gas car wasn't much. Plus, while the woman who helped us was dialed in on getting us through the process to keep the line moving, she wasn't surly.The car was clean and ran fine. I did find a little random junk, but nothing major.Drop off was a breeze. Three days later, I still haven't received my e-receipt—not that I need it, but it would be nice to have confirmation I didn't get slapped with any fees.”

“Idk why the bad reviews. I booked on-line. Got there and my rental was ready. The lady who helped me was polite and prompt. The whole process only took about 10 minutes including inspection. The vehicle I got was in good shape and had a full tank. Same thing on return of the car. I was in and out of there in a few minutes. No problem at all getting my deposit back. The price was good and I will definitely use this location again if I have to. Thanks...”
