Watch your receipts, there's something shady going on here but I can't prove. For now I'm going to a different auto parts store. Also if you get anything tested make sure you look at the machine, they will try and sell you something regardless if it's bad. My trust has been broken.

Lauren was the best, she helped me so much. She taught me how to change a headlight in a 19 equinox, I know doesn't seem hard but she came to the rescue and had it changed in a heartbeat, you need more employees like her, she was very understanding and didn't laugh at me for not knowing how to change it when I should have known already by common knowledge. So I thank her big time and will keep doing my business there, the whole crew are great.

Great location!! I cannot thank Austin enough for all the help! Came in last week completely lost and he was SO helpful and SO friendly. Now my car is driving perfectly. Thanks Austin!!!!

I came into Autozone today not really knowing what I needed, Austin was a great help! He was able to look up my make and model of my car and helped me every step of the way! Would definitely recommend this location and Austin for all parts!

Stopped at this location as it was on my way home, never visited before this. The staff wasn't very helpful in finding the right break pads for my vehicle. First time I had to change my pads and learned my vehicle could have two different size pads. They had no offering of help, so I ended up purchasing both sizes, figured I would return the ones i didnt need. Well, I attempted to return the extra pair of pads. I didn't even open at my local store and was told they couldn't return it due to the item not marching my receipt.. well, come to find out this location didn't even give me the correct pads, with this set at least. The item number on the break pads box doesn't match the item number they charged me for. The other location only offered me "well you can go back to this store and pray they'll resolve it". I shouldn't have to do this. It's not my fault, but I'm clearly going to have to since they wouldn't help me at all. All I know is I'm done with AutoZone from this point forward. They've really gone down hill, what happened to customer service?!?!

I'm building an engine on my 1972 corvette. I go to this autozone usually a few times a week, and one of the managers, Austin Wade, is so unbelievably helpful! He is always so friendly and extremely helpful! Just wanted to compliment him on his outstanding service!

The service was beyond all my expectations. Ryan and Austin were amazing! They fixed my remote and put in lights that were difficult. They are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

the staff made ZERO effort to help me find something i needed, and told me to look online. every one of them was more interested in talking amongst themselves about the weather. if you want to be ignored & not helped in any way, definitely stop in. if i could have chosen zero stars i would have.
