Hard to get in touch with them and they have no cameras in the suites and will not answer if you ask for a photo... Would really like to know if my pup is okay..?

We take both of our mini Aussie Doodles here for grooming. They are very convenient and open on Saturdays. They do a wonderful job on our boys and their prices are in line or better compared to the competitors. We have also boarded the boys a few times. As with most places, remember to book your services early. We are very comfortable leaving the boys with them. They are definitely worth taking the time to see if they meet your needs.

For my dogs stay in October of 2022. We get there and am told they do not have a reservation for my dogs. I pull up the emails and also my bank statement showing that I paid the deposit . She opens a drawer and finds my paperwork that I completed and sees it’s for that day. She said the rooms I booked for them are sold out for the night so they could be held in other cages overnight then upgraded to what I paid for the following day when other dogs check out… bad start. I told them not to let my dogs play with other dogs as they are reactive and do not want my dogs to hurt any other dogs staying there. They have to play with each other and that’s it . I call daily for updates and everything seems like it’s going well. One day I call for an update and they tell me that my dogs chased down the other dogs and were trying to attack them. They had to be separated and could no longer play with the general group. I told the lady that I told them about this. I told them verbally and on the paperwork . She apologized. I told her I am just glad the other dogs didn’t get hurt as my dogs will attack and not stop. It was very important they be kept away from other dogs . We end the call. A few minutes later I receive a call. Because I’m so upset I let it go to voicemail. In the voicemail I’m told there was a misunderstanding between the front desk and the kennel staff and my dogs actually weren’t out attacking the other dogs… they were just charging them through the fence . I don’t know what to believe. But between losing my reservation and this story that may or may not have happened… we decided to not return .

They're amazing. As you walk in you're greeted immediately. They have whole made treats you can buy. They have boarding. I took my baby girl in for the full spa (lol) Veronica is name of Princesa groomer. The prices are reasonably also. I just love everyone there. The only thing is, their business is in weird spot. I would definitely recommend them.

I took my sheltie in for a grooming. Unfortunately, the groomer cut off WAY too much fur thus removing key sheltie features. My dogs shape looks like a tube. He does not look like a sheltie anymore. The cut is extremely choppy around the neck as well, like blending shears weren't used! The groomer didn't define his ear shape either, long wisps of fur remain around ears.The good points are that my dog smells really good, his paws are trimmed perfectly, and his fur is super soft.I paid way too much money for this grooming! Unfortunately, I will have to fix his wispy ear fur on my own time.The business is fancy, the prices are high, but the groomer needs to learn what a sheltie is supposed to look like!

I had them watch over my four dogs for 7 days and I checked on them daily when I could. They never had any complaints the day I picked them up the owner had a list of complaints and said they started fighting each other and they have cuts and bruises. I observed my dogs they all have scratches and old cuts that were healed over I was confused on why I was never contacted about it or told anything during their stay. It’s all about the money at this establishment I would not recommendUpdate all 4 of my babies are passing pink eye to each other since the stay here I am highly upset
