It has taken me months to write this review because the situation still makes me upset. Around mid-January, we needed a new printer. We did some research, my partner went to purchase it, and he came home and opened it up. The printer had professional-looking packing tape on the outside, but it was clearly not the same model as the one on the box, and it was all dusty inside. So my partner goes to return it. He is told, "Well, I find it hard to believe that we sold this to you in this condition," and they refused the return. They looked up the serial to see if anyone had returned it before. We essentially got called liars SO many times by SO many people there. Then they would gaslight us by saying they didn't call us liars (then why can't you return it?) We called corporate, who flat-out said that the store is lying about the store policy, and they should accept the return. They also say they will have the manager of the store call me, and gave me his name. They called me once, and I missed it, so I quickly called back, and he had conveniently left for the day. A week went by and no call back (I did contact corporate a couple more times to let them know there was no callback). Then I get a call from Nick, which is NOT the name of the store manager that corporate said was going to call me. When I brought this to Saint Nicolas's attention, he threatened that if I call corporate again, it would just come back through him again. He also found it appropriate to brag about how "respectful" he was, while telling me that he didn't like my "tone". Well, I don't like being gaslit, threatened, and having $230 stolen from me, Nicolas, but here we are. Also, their return policy is only 30 days, so I fully believe them not calling me back for a week was deliberate. Every time I spoke to someone from this store, it was very clear that a) we were being talked about by the workers, because all I had to do was say, "printer," and everyone at the store knew exactly what I meant, no matter who I talked to. This was further confirmed by the customer service workers when I actually took the printer in, who said they had heard about the situation. Those 3 were actually nice though. Anyway, I had agreed to meet Nick at 10 the next day, but I decided I didn't want to deal with Nick anymore, so I brought the printer to the store that same day, hoping someone else could help me out. So the 3 helpful workers got a supervisor, who gave us basically the same runaround we had been getting, still basically calling us frauds, but he wanted to check something. So he left, and I waited. He knew an "old way" of looking up serial numbers, and, surprise, the printer had been returned before and so they could, so generously, exchange it. It was Walmart's bad old filing system, and an apparent lack of training of the employees in this system (and in basic human decency and kindness, apparently) that caused this. Though I imagine THAT part of the story is not going to be gossipped about as much. So, we were called liars and frauds. We were stolen from (though technically that part has been rectified), lied to, gossiped about, and gaslit. We didn't get an apology. We didn't deserve any of this. It may sound silly, but I genuinely feel emotionally abused by your store. And there is nothing that will make my family come back. This Walmart is the only time in my life I have ever had to call corporate, or even ask for a manager. They don't deserve your money, and you don't deserve the abuse they will throw your way if they make a mistake. And you can CERTAINLY forget any accountability on their part.

This is the nicest, cleanest Walmart I have ever been to! The staff is friendly and store was fully stocked.

I do not recommend trying to buy alcohol from the self checkout if Jody is the register checking person. We were at the self checkout, the floor was wet so it was slick, and we called her over because we had scanned something we didn't want, and when she came over we had our alcohol in our cart and my mom slipped a little bit and she ripped the alcohol out of our cart and said she's not selling it to us because my mom was "stumbling". Accused her of being drunk. So we talked to a manager and manager offered no apology. So definitely do not recommend buying alcohol if jody is at the self checkout at this Walmart.

Do not use this Walmarts online ordering service. I tried it and it was a total failure. I placed my order and it indicated the items were already in stock. I get notified the next morning that my item was ready for pickup after 11:30. I went that evening after work and shopped for several more items. After checking out I went to pick up my items from the online order system. The order Kiosk was unavailable because of Covid. I asked one of the four Walmart employees standing around up front for help. I was told that the person in charge would have to do it and to push a notification button located close by that I had not noticed. I pushed the button and waited about 5 minutes. I ended doing this another 3 times waiting around 20 minutes without any help. Meanwhile the greater and another employee stood about 20' away talking the whole time. Finally I walked down the checkout area and found a person that called the kid handling the online orders. He showed up and could not find my order. I asked him to wait 5 minutes while I went to get my email copy of the order confirmation from my car. When I returned he was gone so I left. 3 days later I returned order confirmation in hand and went through the same process. Same results! No response from the staff! Only interest I got was from the constant emails that my order was ready for pickup. I left, went straight home opened the same items from Amazon. I had them delivered to my home the next day before I got home from work for 10% cheaper. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from here.

Went to use the family restroom. Door was open floor was wet. Then I noticed both the sink and toilet seat were wet as well. With matching hair and dirt from the floor... no wet floor sign in sight. Yet the most disgusting part wax that the janitor had obviously used the mop on everything.

This concerns the store in Crawfordsville, Indiana (Store # 01655). Mask-wearing at this store is VERY poorly enforced. I've seen better mask-observance at a Trump rally! I asked a couple of associates if they could do something about this -- and specifically about a gaggle of particularly loud hoodlums, none of whom even HAD masks. The associates were nice, but said there was nothing they could do. (They didn't even go talk to them.) I wonder why you bother having the signs out front saying that masks are required, even if (in practice) they are not. Are they just for show? Or to cover you asses? You clearly aren't doing it because you care about the health of your rule-abiding customers. I also wonder if the regulations against shoplifting are being enforced with equal laxity. If so, maybe I oughta give it a try. That way, at least I'd leave your store with something of value, rather than leaving it with a nose full of Covid from your unsanitary customers and do-little associates.

Well, Walmart may require masks due to Covid 19, but they sure aren't enforcing it! Maybe 25% of customers were wearing masks and maybe 50% of the employees. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We camp down here and had previously liked this Walmart.

Bought a carpet cleaner a hr ago and opened it and it was already used and straight disgusting!! So we took it to the store to return it and we were told we had to wait till tomorrow before they would do anything about it !! If I was a manager I would be embarrassed to have had that leave my store! And I would of let the people return it but no the lady was rude and nasty and said we had to wait till tomorrow!! So I will return it tomorrow and demand money taken off and a new one !! I will never talk good about this store again!!! If I can I will avoid it as well bc the rude service!!

We once shopped here all the time (10 years ago or more) but got so tired of it because what we believed was bad management. It was dirty, unorganized, the help were rude, all in all it was terrible. Yesterday we went in and both my wife and I immediately noticed a difference. It was clean, better lighting, staff were helpful and kind , we were both pleasantly surprised. Give it a chance, it is Crawfordsville, but in our opinion a much improved Walmart.

This is your typical 24-hour Walmart Supercenter that you have a nice parking lot and is in an isolated area so it's nice and quiet specially for campers and campers are well mice
