When large corporations cannot serve their community, they need to CARE ENOUGH about their customers to make arrangements to fill their critical scripts. I live in a small town and my SSRI, Effexor, was sent there. After several days of being "in process", they now post a "temporarily closed" sign with no instructions for customers on when or if it will re-open. This has caused me to go into sever withdrawl and has distrupted my work and basic functionality this week. This is a drug that should never be stopped abruptly. I can't imagine some of the life saving drugs that people had to jump through hoops to get scripts transfered, etc. They made no effort to transfer scripts to other walgreen locations or to contact customers to instruct. THEY DON'T CARE enough to take the simple innitiative to at least attempt to help people. They just closed and basically said "your on your own people". Very unprofessional and reckless!!!! I'm now on day 6 of no meds while my doctors office scrambles to reallocate. The only good news about this is that I've been forced into withdrawl and I'm going to ride it out the best I can. I never want to be in this position again and my trust for pharmacies, especially Walgreen is completely gone. I'm sure they'll delete this because they'd never want their customers to know the truth. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!

If you haven't visited a walgreens before, you aren't really missing anything special. Drug stores offer pretty much the same things except if you are there to pick up a prescription. Prices may vary and one of the biggest things is the insurance they accept.

Went in for a vaccine. The woman at the counter asked another woman in the back if she wanted to do a shot and she said no. Was told they were understaffed and they couldn't do any shots. I can understand if they were busy (even though i was one of only 3 customers there) I would have waited but that woman said she didn't want to so i guess that means they are understaffed. Wasted trip to town.

I'm leaving this review because they earned it! My wife "pregnant" was having awful morning sickness to where she could have lost her job within the next few days if we didn't figure something out, and we were waiting on a prescription and no where had it till Monday. We asked the pharmacist about what may help and what other people were suggesting and his knowledge and ability to explain everything was amazing and he agreed that what was suggested would help and it was 100% safe for the baby too! Thanks to that person's knowledge and patience, he walked us right to what we need and explained everything and also gave a few more personal suggestions and we got what we needed and "IT'S WORKING" If you read this "THANK YOU SO SO MUCH" things have been hard enough and you are a blessing!

Takes reservations for vaccines but they aren’t giving any. Wasted trip to town, don’t take reservations if you can’t give them out.

Scheduled 2 vaccine appointment and they canceled them both the first one they gave me plenty of notice the second one I learned it was canceled when we checked in for our appointment. Will do everything in my power to never do business with this store again.
