I just used a vacuum and shampooer on my front seat bc I spilled a soda on it. The whole thing ended up making my car seat dirtier and wetter. I want my money back.

Took my money, nonfunctional. Went to Soft Cloth Car Wash next to McDonald's, got a awesome car wash. I will never go to Laserwash again.

For the price it leaves streaks, doesn't get ALL the dirt off, and board price is different then price next to selections. I go to the east side one. $9 for ultimate (vs $17) and pressure is stronger. Window guards leak at that one cause it's so strong lol.

Stuff doesn’t always work in the self wash bays. If you go here late at night watch out for raccoons.

Car wash is very ran down vacuums don’t work correctly they turn on but most don’t have enough suction to clean your car.

It seem’s like everytime I go here it either takes my money or it never ever accepts my debit card. Or most of the time the knobs that you turn to pick Like rinse, wax, brush or wash usually never does what I turn it to. If I put it on wash soap never comes out or if it does and I turn it to rinse the soap will not stop. I get aggravated everytime I go here.

I took my mom's car through the wash since it had a light layer of debris on it; however, after the wash, I found the debris was still on the car. I then tried to use a vacuum and found there was no suction. I tried calling the number on the door but it went to an answering machine and I never received a call back. I have videos but Google only allows photos. I'm planning to also report this also to the BBB.

I paid for the works wash pulled in it ran soap down my truck an stopped at the back that was it I called the contact number got a machine ain't heard nothing back 17 bucks for the wash an 5 bucks in a selfwash stall to get what it put on my truck off

This place feels like it is going downhill fast. They ripped me off last time I went through and I ended up paying twice for a wash. Called the number posted and never got a call back. This time, the machine was just globbing out soap moreso than spraying, for a very uneven wash. I suggest people take their business elsewhere.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. So trash I couldn’t even GIVE them my money. Quarter machines don’t work. From reading other reviews it seems like they have a bunch of equipment that doesn’t function as intended.
