I had accidentally locked my keys in my car and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I have roadside assistance from my insurance and I couldn’t even get them. Called Shaffer and they came out and helped me immediately and were so understanding and so nice.

Hands down recommend everytime! Extremely helpful and very friendly. They walk you through steps and are honest and upfront about everything. The staff in and out of the office answered all questions we had. Very positive experience when we had a blow out with our truck.

So I can’t speak for the Towing because I have never had to have a tow, but I can speak on the garage and repair side of things. These guys are very honest. They do an amazing job. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need but they will point out if they feel like there is a safety concern, Angie is wonderful and absolutely amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend.

When having engine troubles out of state, I was panicked. The driver, Brian, was wonderful in getting me to where I needed to be. While I may not find myself in the area often, I would call them if I had car issues.

The driver was friendly and competent and got our car unstuck quickly even though it wasn't built with an obvious place to attach the chains. We were charged the lowest amount of the approximate price range quoted over the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to call Shaffer's again if I need a tow in the future.

Unfortunately my daughters car has had to be towed several times this year. However, Shaffers towing has made the process easy for us each time. They even went as far as to meet us in Scottsburg and arrived in a timely manner. They are professional, efficient & kind to work with! I highly recommend them!

Can't say enough about this place! We broke down on the interstate last week and called these guys. Owner, Chris, picked us up with a tow within 15 minutes after calling for service. Calipers had locked up. They replaced all rotors, pads, calipers and master cylinder the next morning. All for a completely reasonable price. The receptionist, Angie, was more than kind and extremely helpful with explaining the mechanical problems. Very down to earth and upfront people. I would recommend Shaffer's to anyone.

I see you all bought that property down there by the creek. I hope you all fix up and reopen the car wash. Please don't demolish it. I have always loved washing all my vehicles there. So you would get plenty of my business. I hate the super wash and those new ones they built. My dad always washed our vehicles there when I was growing up. So I got great memories of helping my dad clean all his old pick up trucks he had over the years. That car wash means a lot to me. So I prey you consider reopening it. Also I'm not the only one who loves that old car wash. Hell if money is a problem start a fund and I will donate money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get it up and going again. Sincerely

John towed my 2019 Corvette after a flat tire in Memphis Indiana. He took me to Carmerica in Sellersburg. He knew how to get my low to the ground car onto the rollback without damaging it and how to strap it down. He is a true professional.Services: Special vehicle towing
