There is nothing quick about this place. Every time you call they say you'll get in quick and then when you show up it's always over a 2hr wait just for an oil change. I could drive to Louisville, have it done and get home quicker than they can perform a simple service. Time to change the name to Slow Lane!

They hit me up on my Facebook ad about my car to buy my car they Offered to buy my car on Facebook then made me drive 2 hours with 2 cars and when I got there they told me that they are not interested in purchasing my car and offers me 4000$ under what they promised me after I drove 2 hour thanks for wasting our time and money do not sell your car to them stay away

I came here to buy my first car with a loan on January 2nd with help from Chris Wenzler and it was by far the best experience I ever had at a dealership. Chris and Debbie were very helpful and patient with me. I like in Louisville and they had the best deals for great cars anywhere around me. This has to be your first stop when looking for a new car. My fiance and I will be stopping in the see Chris anytime we need a new car from now on. We are willing to make the 30 minute drive for great service and great deals!

Had been in communication with this dealership about a car. Drove almost 2 hours to view it, they knew I was coming, sold it prior to be me getting there. NO notification about it being sold until AFTER they closed that day. Obviously it was too late for the information since I had already arrived to hear the news. Horrible customer service. It's a business,so I understand why it sold, but to not let someone coming from out of town know is uncalled for!
