took 5 wheel and tires in to get them taken off the rim so i could take them to the recycle center and they did them as soon as i got there at a very reasonable cost A++

they did a lot of damage when towing my car. Jamie told me he was stressed out and needed to make it to a doctor's appointment, and I would quit jacking around he would have it done that day... I never expected it to be done that day, but Jamie said it would be. 2 days later I haven't heard from them . IF YOU HAVE AAA BE SURE TO LET THEM KNOW YOU DO NOT WANT SHAFFERS TO COME . THEY TREATED ME LIKE A "WOMAN" . Jamie is so rude he had me in tears and I did not say nor do anything wrong .
