Fantastic customer service! We hired McKim’s to remove the carpet in our entryway, living room & hallway and install wood flooring in place of it. They came out and measured of an evening (after we got home from work). The flooring we had in our dining room and kitchen had been discontinued so there was no chance of perfectly matching it. However, the staff was able to find me a style and color that is so close that you don’t even notice the difference! They worked us in to install while we were out of town (which we had asked for). I came home to everything already done! Excellent and efficient service was provided and I absolutely love my new floors!! Highly recommend this family owned company for all of your flooring needs!!

We are wrapping up what has been a 4 month kitchen remodel and we have faced quite a few challenges along the way - including the style flooring we selected and paid for not being available. The McKims were nothing short of professional, patient, and courteous in helping us figure out our options. Not only they help us find another style (turned out better than the original one I think) but they also did a fantastic job on the installation. Thank you McKim Carpet Sales!

It's good to know that we have a local business that does great work. From the time you walk in their showroom they make you feel appreciated. There's no pressure just good information and fair prices. But then there's the install you can tell they have pride in their work . If you're interested in flooring be sure to ck them out.
