Had a appointment at 2pm with my 93 year old aunt to get her cars oil changed. Pulled in at 145 and they took car back, someone please explain to me why we didn't leave until 350 pm?!!? I think that's ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! you all have got to do so much better than that. Shame on you!!!!

Avoid at all cost. Nothing but issues from the service department. Brought my Jeep Renegade there in August 2024 for an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I drove off the lot I knew there was something wrong. Pulled over in Walmart and popped the hood and I was missing two bolts in the air filter cover. So I drove back knowing mistakes happen and asked them to put the bolts back in. My Jeep still sounded weird on the way home so once I made it I pulled the air filter cover off only to find they didn’t place the J hooks back correctly so it wasn’t sealing. I reached back out to the text updates they send and let them know what happened and asked for the service manager to call me. They responded and apologized and let me know he would call right away. One month later and not only have I not received a response, but I had a flat tire on the way home. Tried to take the tire off and they stripped the lug bolts so bad I cannot get it off. I should’ve learned my lesson when I had multiple oil leaks from their service that they finally ended ip fixing. This is the 3rd service manager in a year so it isn’t surprising, but it is unfortunate for Harrison County.

This was our 12th truck/car purchase from John Jones. That should tell you how satisfied we are with the dealership. We worked with Rob in Corydon and he bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our vehicle and spent time showing us how some new features worked. We definitely will be back for #13!
