I’m not sure if doctors and nurses are spread to thin but the service has went down hill the last few years, nurses do not follow up with questions and prior authorizations.

Incredibly helpful, understanding and caring staff and physicians. Seriously the best! I take care of some family members who are disabled, and they really were so kind and patient with all of us.

Was a patient here for 30 years, all the way back to Dr Duke. Called today to make an appointment, and they told me I was dropped as a patient because I had not been in three years. But last time I went the doctor told me at my age I didn't need to come back for five years. What the heck? And they have no doctor taking new patients. I really liked my doctor too. Thanks Baptist health for screwing up the best doctor office in my town. Great job. Really.

Nurse Stephanie Ollis neglected my mental and physical health. I broke my ankle over a month ago. The date is now June 22, 2022. This office knew my situation about my injury. Stephanie Ollis put me on medicine called Lorezepam, forgive me if I'm spelling it wrong. It then needed a Prior Authorization from Stephanie Hollis. I then called their office numerous times to let them know the situation, the staff lied to me 5 different times told me they fixed the problem of the PA, then come to find out they lied. I have had fever blisters coming on my bottom lip for over a month now. The staff told me Stephanie Ollis will not treat you for that. When I contacted the manager about my concerns about the well being of my health, she would not allow me to voice all of my concerns. She yelled at me and told me you are discharged from the practice. A pharmacy nearby to where I live even told me your nurse practitioner knows your situation, but yet she won't help you? That's very shady.

These people are the worst. Doctor Adams has no clue. They simply waste your time and cure nothing. The staff is rude and down right nasty. Place is a joke.

The doctors there are caring and competent. Don't judge them by the staff who answer the phones. They're unhelpful and often rude.

I am new to the area and scheduled an appointment with a physician in this practice. My issue was not with the physician. When I checked in they had my insurance info on file. I had forgot my card but the info was correct. At which point the woman at the desk put a X through my info and informed me I was considered self pay without my card. Which irritated me. Noone has the right to change my personal information without my consent. I had my husband fax his card to them and I informed them before I went to see the Dr. that they had my card info. She never bothered to get it off the printer. I received a bill. Called and spoke to the manager and she said that she would speak to her staff about how rude they were to me and apologized that they did not get the info and informed me that is their policy it doesn't matter if I have been there 100 times I will be considered self pay without my card. I took my business elsewhere. I don't care if I like the Dr. If the staff and billing are rude and can not use my info that they have on file without making my life stressful I can give my money to someone who will. I will NEVER go back to that practice. Unless they change how it is ran.

Dr. John E. Reinoehl, M.D. sees my spawn when they feel the need to jump off the garage or skid thirty feet down the road after falling off the skateboard. He also sees them for preventative care (RIGHT!) and immunizations and physicals and such. So far, so good. The staff is friendly and efficient. Appointments are easy to come by (even on a Saturday). The waiting room is comfortable and Dr. Reinoehl listens when I (or my spawn) talk.
