I have had a great experience every time I've stepped into the building. It could be opening up an account. Handling my dad's estate. Closing out things or just great to chat with while they take care of the day to day for you. Always see a smiling face.

This branch is discriminatory in when they follow jp Morgan policy for check cashing and when they imply a customer is a criminal , skip verification of the check and turn you away . After they imply your a theif and are rude to you they are surprised when you become rude back . I seriously hope someone in management reviews the security footage for today . Truly disappointing the treatment of people .

Extremely slow to transfer funds into your account taking up to a week to do so.Corydon branch is lazy to answer the phone as well.

Chase does not care about their veteran customers and will close your account with no say from you! Locking you out of your own money for DAYS. Go to First Harrison instead!

I've been with Chase for just over 3 years now, and we have chosen to go with Chase to Open my Grandmother's Estate with Their Private Client Dept. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed about any questions or concerns you may have. I definitely plan on choosing their Financial Investments Advisor to oversee my all of my financial Investment needs! If you're looking for a small family oriented local bank that has all the perks of the big banks (which I hate to use!) Then Chase is the bank for you also!

I moved my 401k to Chase. I wanted to move it to Federally insured CDs. They talked me out of it and we invested in stockmarket CDs. You can't do that today. I wanted to move it to the banking side into CDs, they can't do that. I talked to PNC and they can. I have been trying to trasfer my 401k to pPNC. I can't get them to do it at chase. I am going to get an account and a lawher. I will post how that turns out.
