Put in a online order at 4:11 pm came to pick it up at 5:44pm and order was never pulled. Had to go pull it myself. I do online order so I can just come in and grab quickly. Not so I can come in hunt for my parts myself

Use to like this store, but now you go in there and 3 or 4 employees standing there on dam phones. Last time I had to ask to be waited on this time I walked in 2 ppl eating and 2 ppl talking. I stood their and finally said hell with this place I'll go to Advance Auto

I’ve seen full blown retards with more car knowledge than a hand full of these guys. Location is hit or miss. Some decent guys willing to help and the others act like they’re to good to be working at auto zone when in reality they probably can’t fix a bowl of cereal properly.
