Owners Roy Wimp and Renee Hendricks (AKA Renee Lamm), partners of All Wheelz in Georgetown, IN are complete crooks. They sold me a $500 Craftsman riding mower, said they would warrant it, and when it died a week later, Roy claimed to know nothing about the issue while Renee said it wasn’t their fault. Upon inspection, I noticed the oil was black and spark plug was old. They didn’t even provide maintenance on it prior to selling it. They refused the repair it, so I am now out $500.
In addition, I hired them to repair a 30+-year-old Murray riding mower by reattaching springs that I had removed. When I asked Roy what the cost would be, he said it shouldn’t be that much. A few days later I received a text from Renee saying the cost was $392!!! Roy later admitted that in addition to putting the mower back together, he changed the oil, installed a new battery, filled it with gas, replaced the spark plug, installed a new air filter, sharpened the blades (it only has one blade). ALL of this was done without my permission. And then, he expected me to pay for all of this. When I said that we did not agree to such an exorbitant fee, he responded by saying he would NOT return my mower. It is now being held for ransom.
I told both Roy and Renee that if they did not return my mower, I would be filing a civil lawsuit against them. They refused, so now this matter will be handled by the courts. Horrible people, horrible business.
