Changed rates during contract... the increase was quite substantial. However, it was very clean, fenced in and gated with a passcode required to enter, AND 24/7.

Very clean unit and easily accessible. The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star is because my unit leaked and damaged a few items but thankfully they are replaceable

Had a unit here for a few years this time and had one a couple years in the past.Decent storage units. Other than having mice get into my unit and destroy some of my belongings. Wasn't food or anything sweet or anything like that in there but they destroyed some clothes and bedding and towels. Not very happy about that at all.Now, my reason for clearing out my unit and moving on, before finding out about the mice, they raised the price, yet again. They just expanded and added in more units and everything, but then jacked up everyone's price. Not a way to treat a loyal customer. If you are doing soo well you are expanding, then why are your loyal customers getting their prices jacked up. That's what you get for being loyal?

It was very easy to rent the storage unit. The person I talked to over the phone was very helpful use the kiosk. Our storage was very clean and the outside looked very well maintained I would recommend the storage unit to anyone
