Terrible. Had my nails done a few weeks ago. Here’s a list of all the issues I’ve had since my appointment:
1) all my nails are different shapes, lengths, and sharpness. Had to go back and file down my right thumb and left ring fingernails to stop accidentally cutting myself, along with having to remove the remaining part of my nail on my right ring finger that wasn’t properly filed off
2) all of my nails are horribly damaged. As my polish started to strip off (not chip!) it revealed horrible gouges in my nails and what appeared to be chemical damage. As my nails have grown out, the damage was sever enough that my nails were painfully brittle and would break in odd angles, causing damage to my actual nail bed
3) before my nails started stripping, I discovered three out of ten nails had debris trapped under the polish, including what I found out to be a chipped piece of my nail, which was incredibly visible thanks to the fact I had gotten ONLY a clear coat and top coat
4) the actual process of a manicure is not explained anywhere, and I just assumed it would be a simple file and paint. For some reason I was given a sudden hand message that was rather rough. I’ve recently found out that my left thumb was damaged during this procedure, and has been in constant pain since. I can’t hold things in my left hand for periods of time because my thumb will cramp and make a loud cracking sound, and then I’ll drop whatever I was holding. Before going here I’ve NEVER had such difficulty as this.
in case I didn’t make it clear, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO HERE. It’s not worth it. For something as simple as a file and pain I was charged 30$ and I fear to be irreparable damage to my hands. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with something that should have been avoided easily. Keep yourself safe and stay FAR away from here.

not great. because of my job, i am not allowed to get colored nails, so i just wanted a file and clear coat to help protect my nails. not only are all my nails different lengths, theyre all shaped oddly and off center. on top of everything else, my tech did not even make sure that my nails were cleaned of debris when putting on the top coat, so three of my nails have lint and bumps stuck under the paint. will not return ever again.

Went here to get my nails done and they are horrible I have only had them for 4 days and the pant is coming off on them and the design is trash

They are never open the hours they say they are. I have used them a handful of times now and have previously waited over 2 hours to get a fill done, then go in at 3:45pm when they are open until 5pm and as soon as we walk in the door the lady mumbles something to guy worker and he screams "were done for the day." This place doesn't deserve to stay open with the rudeness and the fact they are NEVER open when they say they are. Must I also say, there was only 1 person in there getting a pedicure at the time I walked in. Will not ever be back & pray they learn how to operate a business and be consistent.

Went in sat and waited and waited unacknowledged, until a customer came in and explained the sign in book. I left. Fast forward to another day, I called, when they finally answered, the man was very rude and couldn't make an appointment for me as they are walk in only. Also couldn't tell me about what how long the wait would be. I wish they'd go out of business because this is no way to run a business. I'm shocked that people are patronize this place! We deserve better.

I really like the way they have done my nails not complaining about their quality of service. Can someone tell me if they've permanently closed? it seems they are always closed. If they have closed it would be nice to know.Thanks

There hours are clearly shown on the website and on the door. Saturday morning. Waiting until 9:45 and no one opens the shop. This is my 2nd and last time TRYING to use this business. Obviously, their prices are so high they can afford to stay closed or they have other business opportunities that's keeping their business going.

Was a customer for 19 years. I left once when the lady yelled at me because she blamed me because the gel polish was rolling off my nail...said I must have touched my skin ( I didn't) gave them another chance and I usually get Tony and have no complaints. Last time I had her, she again raises her voice at me because I asked for shorter nails after she filed them with a file. I even told her I would pay her extra if it was that big of deal. I deal with the no appointment, the 2 hour waits and their inconsistent hours but I won't deal with her being rude when I am paying her for a service. I will gladly drive 45 minutes from now on.Service: Acrylic nails
