I went there for an estimate on my truck where I hit a deer and he didn't put a lot of my damages in the estimate. I think they can't handle their work load. Too busy and can't be personable with their customers. I want to know someone is listening to me when expressing my concerns. I'm not going to give my money to a business who truly doesn't take my words and concerns into consideration.

Jim's workers did an amazing job on my car... going so far as to make sure and take it to the car wash the morning I came to pick it up (vacuuming the interior as well!).
