you make an appointment at H&R block good luck. My husband rushed home from Marion after work for our 7 pm appointment .. we had a babysitter set up and everything.. and we arrived at 6:40pm. Instead of sticking to out 7 pm appointment.. the lady took someone ahead of us.. with no appointment.. an expired license and missing several things needed to file. On top of that, after the guy left.. the employees just kept raking to each other walking past us as if we weren't even there. I finally asked when it was 745 if we could have someone help us.. and said we have been sitting there waiting. I asked why they had us book an appointment if appointments are put behind walk ins. I said I thought it wasn't very professional to take someone without proper documents, ID and no appointment ahead of us. The ladies got very rude and disrespectful so I told them what i thought and left. Come at me if you want but it isn't right
