Very professional. Body shop mngr worked w insurance and adjuster. They kept me informed of when my car would be done and was actually done 2 days early! Cameron in front office does an excellent job answering all your questions.

They did a fantastic job on my Dads car the front end was damaged when a Semi cut over in a construction zone hitting a barrel in front of him causing him to hit barrel & barrier wall & Carstar Gulley's made it look new again in just a few weeks. Thanks guys?

A simple repair turned into a very complicated repair due too hidden damage! Through it all the folks at CARSTAR kept me informed both by phone and e-mail. It was my 1st claim ever and I had no clue how insurance worked. I did nothing! CARSTAR handled everything. Customer service was outstanding! And when I picked my finished car it was perfect! Looked like it just came out of the showroom! If you don't like red tape,a lot of hassle and confusion go to CARSTAR. If you want your car to look like new, do yourself a favor and go to CARSTAR. 100% satisfaction!
