The employees are always very nice. The gentleman who helped me with my exterior paint was extremely pleasant and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. I told him this really isn't something you can rush by any means, and asked him to stop apologizing. It meant a lot he cared about my waiting. He even helped me decide on 1 of the 3 colors I had I mind. You cannot get better service with how things and places are now days. Thanks Gillman's for making my experience great. I wish I had looked at the gentleman's name tag to personally thank him as well.

Darren was fast, efficient, and helpful checking me out at the rental counter. Tractor and mower worked great.

They're employees are all(at least the ones I've dealt with) have been rude, and snobby. They do not show very good customer service. I don't know, if it's the people that work there are like that is if it's just that place that makes them seem that way.

Customer service is a joke! When someone says thank you, the proper thing to do is say "you're welcome" instead of "uh huh" and hanging up the phone!!!!!

I went in and everything was easy to find. Nice that they are open after 5 pm. I dont get much of a chance to get there earlier in the day and I was able to find a few things I couldn't find anywhere else and this saved me a lot of time since I didnt have to order it online then what for it to be delivered.
