I have always been pleased with Cricket, and the service they have given me and my smartphones. I live in Richmond, so normally I go there. Recently, the boy who has helped me.since I came to Cricket left to take another job. There has been new help there, and they have been able to help me, but one boy couldn't help me when I was having problems with my portable phone charger. I tried to explain the problem to him, but he treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I was in a bind and needed help, because I didn't whether the problem was the charger or the cord. I go down to Connersville many times, and I knew there was a Cricket store there, so I decided to go over there to see if they could help me. I went there, and I was helped by a girl, I believe her name was Anna. I explained the problem, and she listened to me. She eventually figured out the problem was both the charger and the cord. She was able to help me find a new charger and cord, and we made sure they worked with my phone, and they did. I was so happy with the service she gave me, and I don't regret making the drive out of town for service I should have gotten in Richmond. I will continue to go to Richmond, but if I am ever in this situation, I know where to go.

I tell you, about a month ago I got a new phone, I went with all the bells and whistles this time and insured it, I have never carried insurance before on a phone in past, well in the mail today I got my insurance plan from cricket and read it but thought nothing of it, 10 min later, my phone locked up and stayed that way all day, so I took my locked up phone to store and was so disappointed that I had to send it off and could be up to 4 or 5 days, in the meantime explaining to the sales lady about what happened all she did was tried to sell me another phone for another couple hundred, go figure, lol! Commission, commission, commission, maybe!!! Lol! Lol! Lol!!! Give me a break!!!

So I have been there twice in the last week first time I dealt with Austin to replace my husband's phone and my sons. Austin was very helpful and fast. He switched everything over very quickly! The second time was to cancel my spare line and port my daughter's number to my cricket plan I dealt with shelby. She is awesome! She had everything done within ten minutes! Austin and shelby are hands down the greatest! I will always look for one of them anytime I have to have anything done both are very knowledgeable, very quick and very nice people!

I don’t know how this place stays in business. I went there on the third at 3 pm and they was closed. Stopped by a few hours later and still locked up. Then today I stopped by and they was closed again, at 7:00pm on a Friday. Not sure what’s going on but on the door it says they’re open til 8pm. Good luck keeping customers doing that! Not happy at all!!
