I have banked here for over 10 years. The service now is terrible! Have been waiting in line for 55 mins while 3 employees trouble shoot and read through steps to print a money order. The ATM was out of service. And to get cash at another ATM your charged 3.50 to use any other atm. Absolutely terrible service

for a bank that closes at six there’s no one here at 5:19 not to mention the last time I came in for help. She literally said well I haven’t been trained on that you’ll have to take it somewhere else. I’m done when they do show up I’m gonna close my account

They refuse to give change for you unless you open an account with them... I just wanted change fir a twenty Karen, that's all!
