I have banked here for years without any issues at all. Very friendly staff and they actually let me search through the money as I'm a collector. They have no problem with me doing that at all and they have always been very nice and helpful with all my banking requests.

Service is okay. Every time I go in there I always see them playing on their phones instead of doing their job of they're hiding in the back room. I literally stood at the counter with three people for over 15 minutes before the manager lady even realized we were there because she was so interested in her phone. Everything I get told by them ends up becoming wrong when I ask about it again and they'll explain something else and then I'm told that wrong later on. I think if the staff would stay off their phones and not hide away in the back then this place be better.

My husband passed away. I went in and closed his account but wasn't allowed to have the money until a certain time. Well in that time they ate up his money in fees bc it took that long for them to close his account. Took money from a dead man. Sounds like great bank to me not!!!!!
