Once you purchase a pair of shoes, you can't return the shoes for a refund for any reason.

The last three times I have visited this business at their new location, the customer service has been poor, declining with each visit. They act as if the customers are a burden to assist and do not make much effort to help people find what they need.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always have the latest/greatest brands of running shoes with multiple color options on hand. I also love that they offer group runs and fun events for the local community as well.

It is a very nice spacious store with very helpful staff. I went there for an ON Cloud event they were hosting where you could try on the new shoes and even take them for a walk. Highly recommend if you are looking for new athletic shoes.
