Been under new management for awhile now. Was rude on the phone when I called. Had to wait 20 min when I came in because he was on a phone call concerning his divorce... Became a little nicer as we were walking out to my vehicle. If you're a female, take a man w you for when they try to talk to you like you're ignorant.

This guy or guys, there pretty unbelievable. My vehicle broke down and i had my own tow guy coming, well I called local authorities and politely asked for them not to have it towed and that I had one coming. So my tow man showed up to were I was and said there's no vehicle were u explained so I was freaking out, also not familiar with the area at all. Well they explained they did not have it towed so I had to get in touch with state police. They tracked it down and told me it was at West Towing Columbus, Indiana. Ok so I look em up get there number n call them. They tell me they haven't towed anything from the area i explained were it was n proceeded to state that they don't even tow for Indiana so now I'm at a loss, I have no idea were my vehicle is, i had to pay my tow person anyhow because they came all that way. Ok so later on same day I had a friend drive me by and what do u know, there it was sitting rite there in behind the fence! I couldn't believe this! I mean what the h-!! Rite?? So I call next day n yea we have it n proceeded to tell me how much n that if I wasn't there by 4:30 that I was going to have to wait until Monday before I could even get it n the bill was going to be over an extra 100 plus on top of what he already stated! I asked the gentleman why did you lie to me? I had my own trailer, my person was there and we was able to get it then and there the moment they had just towed it themselves. Of course he lied and said idk what you mean, so yea of course not rite? I recognized his voice rite from the gate. So j hope they enjoy lying to people that have a hard enough time making a living as it is then go and charge them a ton of money they don't even have. Crooks I can't even begin to tell u how absolutely upsetting n just disgusted I still am over this. I could never do there job, I think it's flat out immoral. This is 100% the truth idc what anyone says. I wanted to give a heads up on this place cause talk about con artist. I honestly don't understand how they can legally get away with it. Brad was able to reach me within 30 minutes and told my car to the repair shop. Professionally done and courteous behavior. Honest pricing, Will be reaching out to them again in future if need be.

Popped a tire and called to see how long it would be (after calling others and being told 2 hrs) West Towing was at my car in less than 5 minutes and was soo nice. Couldn't be more grateful! Will use them again if I ever need someone in the future!
